“Every new day starts with one step...”
Since his first contests and video sections, Nils Jansons has truly made his mark on the international blading scene as one of the very best. For his newest project, he went even further and teamed up with visual artist Kaspars Alksnis for an adventure on the other side of the world!
Set up to film an epic action section as well as a documentary relating the whole process, follow the two friends as they explore the beautiful scenes of Thailand, from the luscious jungles up North to the urban landscapes of Bangkok, down to the Southern beaches of Krabi.
“...And every day ends with our footprints.”
Every year, we humans produce over 300 million tons of plastic garbage. Worst, one-third of it ends up straight into our Oceans. This crucial issue is especially visible in Thailand, as could be witnessed firsthand all throughout this trip, from the jungle, to the city, to the beach.
This project is an opportunity to make a positive impact. Nils personal connection to nature is the primary impulse to create something bigger than just blading, a platform to help raise awareness about such environmental issues, and promote more sustainable life choices.
